Thinking about what is important for us in our daily walk with God this morning. I think one of the most important traits we should demonstrate is consistency. That is also one of the traits that is so easy to lack. All of us have our times on the maintain. Then we have times in the valley. Even famous men of God demonstrate it. Think of Elijah confronting the prophets of Baal and then spending his time under the juniper tree. Think of Peter standing firm at the arrest of Jesus and then denying him in the court.
But still we should al strive for consistency. We need to all remember that another word for consistency is faithfulness. Let us all be faithful.
